Michelle, NP-C: Medical Director

Michelle Arteaga is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a combined experience of 10 years. She specialized in emergency trauma medicine and critical care as a registered nurse and now practices as an inpatient hospitalist.

Her struggles with her own health as a young girl lead to a strong admiration for nurses which launched her down this very rewarding career path. Advancing from registered nurse to nurse practitioner opened the possibility to help others in ways she wished she could have had as a young girl flourishing through health endeavors.

In her spare time she values quality with loved ones, catching up on a good book and attending dog events with her puppy Luna.

As a PCOS girl, her go to drip is the inflammation. Best part of being a practitioner for prosperIV is helping each person that comes through our doors find their go to drip that meets their individual needs, like she has found with the inflammation drip.

Becoming a Registered Nurse wasn’t just a career move—it was a heartfelt calling. I’ve always felt a deep desire to be there for people during their most vulnerable moments, offering comfort and reassurance when they need it most. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone feel safe, supported, and cared for. Serving as an Certified Cardiac and Medical ICU nurse for almost four years has taught me the profound impact of compassion and resilience in critical care settings.

Working at Prosper IV has only strengthened that sense of purpose. We focus on preventative care and wellness, empowering people to take proactive steps for their health. The best part? Our team is like family—a group that genuinely cares for one another and shares the same commitment to making a difference.

My go-to IV drip is the Inflammation blend with an added dose of B12. It’s perfect for fighting bloating, giving me the rejuvenation I need, and fueling me with the energy to tackle whatever comes my way.

Outside of work, my heart belongs to my family. Whether we’re sharing laughs, enjoying good food, or simply spending time together, those moments are priceless to me. And when I get the chance to travel, especially with family, the Middle East holds a special place in my soul. From its vibrant culture to its stunning landscapes, exploring that region reminds me of the beauty and richness our world has to offer.

For me, nursing is far more than a profession—it’s a privilege. It’s about connecting with people, easing their fears, and showing them that someone truly cares.

Carlo Joseph Fils, BSN, RN, Lead RN – Rye Brook

Carlo Joseph (CJ) is the Lead Nurse at ProsperIV, a medispa specializing in IV infusions, IM vitamin therapy, and wellness treatments. With a strong background in Emergency Nursing and Aesthetic Medicine, CJ brings a balance of clinical expertise and a client-first approach to the growing field of wellness care.

His journey into nursing was deeply personal, inspired by a family full of healthcare professionals and, even more profoundly, by caring for his grandfather over five years. That experience sparked a passion for service and a genuine sense of compassion that continues to drive his approach to patient care today.

One of CJ’s favorite IV drips at ProsperIV is the Brain Power infusion. With the constant demands of ER nursing, leading a high-performing team, and pursuing his Nurse Practitioner degree, mental sharpness is key. The ALA and L-Taurine boosts in the Brain Power drip have been a game-changer for helping manage stress, stay focused, and keep his mind performing at its best.

What CJ enjoys most about his role at ProsperIV is the chance to work alongside a warm, welcoming team and to connect with the wonderful clients who walk through the doors every day. Building relationships and creating a positive experience for each person is at the heart of what makes his work so meaningful.

Outside of work, CJ spends his free time at the gym, playing video games, and expressing his creativity as a musician. His favorite travel destination so far has been Los Angeles, where he enjoyed diving into the star-studded culture and experiencing everything the vibrant city has to offer.
